Coach-page automation is live (checkbox → /c page + DM, deployed today). The variant site, CRM, dashboard and Slack standup all run live. Outbound infrastructure is built and message-ready.
The coaching agent (Track B) is hand-built per coach and the demo flow is still rough. Scalantec has sent nothing (0 output across both lanes despite the sender being cleared 24 Jun) — the LinkedIn touches in the funnel are Martijn's own. Marketplace UI is still a mock, coaching agent still manual. Show the funnel + the automation, and flag Scalantec's non-delivery.
